our room was clean and comfy - super close to everything we wanted to do, and the breakfast was a great kickstarter. the staff - from jared to mrs. fran - made us feel at home. her warm hugs and attention to our needs made our stay extra special. also, a very easy stroll to the arthur ravenel bridge for breathtaking views.

I chose Best Western for its prime location near Patriots Point, and I was pleasantly surprised by the free WiFi throughout the property. The staff provided fantastic recommendations and the daily hot breakfast was a great start to each day.
Outdated facilities and cleanliness issues.

Our stay at this hotel was decent overall. The rooms could use some improvement, but they were clean and in good condition. The AC worked well, and having two TVs and a mini-fridge with microwave was a nice bonus. The location was great, close to Patriots Point and plenty of restaurants on the river. We appreciated the convenience of being near popular attractions like the USS Yorktown and Fort Sumter. Also, the staff member named Michelle was friendly and helpful.
The lack of attention to some details. The broken TV control, the absence of a trash can in the bathroom, and the missing "do not disturb" sign were minor inconveniences.

i had a very comfortable and clean bed ⭐️ the argan oil shampoo and conditioner was great! it was very close to downtown and in a great area. the room itself was very nice and they were able to check me in early.

Great location, easy parking, friendly staff, clean rooms, tasty grab & go breakfast.
Felt very welcome, staff went above and beyond.

I had a problem with the front door lock, but the staff immediately addressed it, and I felt safe knowing they took care of it. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.
